New Generation EV Infrastructure Management
CNMP is a first-of-its-kind cloud-based platform that applies AI and other core technologies to solve the chronic problems that have plagued first generation charging infrastructure, in particular charger availability and the need for straightforward payment handling for drivers. The design is focused on solving the prevalent issues that can prevent a charging session from initiating.
Making Charging Seamless
Focusing on the end user experience, CNMP has been architected to provide true enterprise-grade monitoring and management services across multi-vendor charging networks. It’s designed to ensure that charging infrastructure is well maintained and secured, interfacing with vehicles, onsite battery storage, power utilities and other key ecosystem players to handle all facets of charging operations.
Standardized Payment Rails
To ensure a consistent driver experience, CNMP leverages the Automotive Payments Gateway developed by Mastercard, which brings together Mastercard, VISA, Amex, Discover and over 180 issuing banks onto a common set of ‘payment rails’ badly needed by the EV industry.
Keeping It All Running Smoothly
Working with IBM and its industry-leading Maximo asset and maintenance management platform, the overall reliability and dependability of charging stations and the chargers within them, plus other elements of a charging network operation, can be managed at true enterprise levels.
State-of-the-Art Monitoring
CNMP provides a powerful “Mission Control” front end that can be utilized remotely or in a centralized environment. Mission Control will alert system operators when faults are detected and allow them to drill in from a national level directly to where the fault is occurring. Trouble tickets and service calls can be initiated as needed via the IBM Maximo platform.

Advanced Tech Stack
The CNMP environment can operate on virtually any cloud service or on ‘bare metal’ dedicated servers. Microservices implement the various elements and features of the platform, and can be expanded readily when higher capacity is needed. Interfaces to widely employed APIs, languages and protocols provide flexibility and adaptability, whether connecting with an existing CMS or vehicle telematics system. When operated on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure or Oracle Cloud, the platform conforms to ISO9001 requirements.
