LAS VEGAS & FAR HILLS, NJ October 7, 2025 — Terbine, developer of network-based Physical AI platforms, announced today that former American Tower executive Ed Knapp has joined its Board of Advisors. Knapp will provide strategic and tactical guidance to the company as it bridges telecoms, energy and mobility.

Knapp is a visionary with deep experience in the wireless and telecommunications sectors. As the former CTO of American Tower and SVP of Engineering at Qualcomm/Flarion, he was at the forefront of developing the global wireless ecosystem from analog first generation to today’s 5G. he has a successful track record as an industry leader, having co-founded NextWave Telecom and held key roles at NYNEX (later Verizon). He currently advises startups and is the CEO of Liberty Technology Partners. Ed serves on the Board of the Center for Automotive research.
