Following initial submissions from 317 companies, Terbine has been inducted to the final 30 vendors invited to present solutions via AFWERX to the US Department of Defense.
LAS VEGAS — July 24, 2019 — At the AFWERX FUSION event held to bring innovative technology companies in front of the DoD, intelligence community and US allies, Terbine was announced as a presenter for the upcoming final round to take place mid-September. Terbine’s proposed solution, titled High-performance policy-based data exchange for inter-domain situational awareness, based largely on the existing Terbine Data Exchange system, will be presented to DoD leadership at the AFWERX Multi-Domain Operations Demonstration Event. At this event Terbine will provide an in-depth presentation of the technology, capabilities and a global rollout plan for the Data Exchange.
“It has been an incredible experience to prepare for and participate in the AFWERX FUSION challenge,” said David Knight, CEO of Terbine. “The breadth and depth of the data-handling issues that the Terbine Data Exchange can solve within and between our defense and intelligence agencies, our close allies and the civilian governmental worlds, is powerful and timely.”
The demonstration event will be held later in 2019, in Las Vegas. Terbine is the premier finalist for the challenge headquartered in Southern Nevada.
